Codecamy is a subscription-based SaaS platform. This Refund Policy describes when refunds may be granted and how to request one.

Billing & Cancellations

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
  • You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges; access continues through the paid period.
  • Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate charges resulting from a billing error.
  • Mistaken renewal: if you forgot to cancel and contact us within 7 days of renewal.
  • Verified technical issues preventing service use where we are at fault and cannot promptly resolve.

Non-usage of the service does not typically qualify for a refund. Promotional credits and free tiers are not refundable.

Trials & Credits

Trials and promotional credits may be available from time to time. Such credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated, your account may be suspended during investigation. We encourage contacting us first so we can resolve issues quickly.
