Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Codecamy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post updated terms and, when appropriate, notify you in-app or by email.
Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately.
Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. Prices may change; we will provide notice in accordance with applicable law. Taxes may apply.
Credits & Usage
Certain features may consume metered credits. Details about monthly grants, rollover windows, and consumption rates are shown in-app. You are responsible for managing your usage within your plan limits.
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
- No attempts to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without authorization.
- No interference with or disruption of the service or networks.
- Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.
Intellectual Property
The service, including software, branding, and content, is owned by Codecamy or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your internal business purposes.
Feedback
You may submit feedback or suggestions. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such feedback without restriction to improve the service.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and comply with applicable data protection laws. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
Integrations (e.g., GitHub, Supabase) are provided by third parties and subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codecamy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Codecamy harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, except where otherwise required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by non-derogable law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
